Acted as long-term Interim Finance Director at National Oil (now Conoil) Led critical projects as Senior Manager to reengineer finance processes for leading downstream companies including Nigeria LNG, AGIP and SPDC (Shell). Implemented Shell’s Downstream Business Activity Model (DBAM) within National Oil. For a private business led a team implementing all phases of successful introduction of web based ERP. Realigned and documented a new business process and facilitated informed management decision making by substantially developing improved visibility of key business metrics.
